Answers to the six things most people ask.

Credits are how Knitch measures usage. Every workflow operation consumes credits based on the AI model and complexity involved. A simple workflow with an economy model costs about 3 credits. A multi-step orchestration with a premium model might use 50–100. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period.
On Sandbox, workflows pause until your credits reset next month. On Builder and Team, overages draw from your prepaid balance at your plan's overage rate. If your balance runs out, workflows pause until you add funds or your credits reset. You can turn on auto-reload so you never hit zero.
Every Sandbox user can start a one-time 14-day Builder trial. You get full access to all AI models, multi-agent orchestration, and 5,000 credits. Start it from inside the product by clicking any feature that requires Builder. No charge during the trial.
Monthly credits reset on your billing date and don't carry over. Your prepaid balance, if you've added funds, does persist across months.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancel anytime, no penalty.
